Please note when booking that the Subject Sections are confirmed for their relevant halves of the conference and will not be moved. However, within each Subject Section programme, the line-up is provisional it may be necessary to make changes, depending upon speaker availability. Every reasonable effort will be made to keep changes to a minimum, but the Society reserves the right to make any and all such amendments as required.
